Welcome to TickScrubo. By using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using TickScrubo ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

TickScrubo is a video player that lets you scrub video frame by frame, set A/B loop points, change playback speed, zoom and pan, and review imported videos in detail.

3. Free Trial and Purchase

• The App offers a 7-day free trial of all features.
• After the trial, full access requires a one-time in-app purchase. There is no recurring subscription.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• The purchase grants you a perpetual license to use the App on the Apple ID or Google account that made the purchase, including future updates.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies. We are not able to issue refunds directly.
• You can restore a previous purchase on a new device or after reinstalling by tapping Restore Purchase in the App's paywall.

4. User Content

• You retain full ownership of all videos you import into the App.
• Videos are stored locally on your device and are never uploaded to our servers.
• You are solely responsible for the videos you process through the App and for ensuring you have the right to use them.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Attempt to circumvent the App's purchase or trial mechanism.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and features, is owned by Universal Future LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal use.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Universal Future LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We may terminate or limit your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted at https://tickscrubo.com/terms with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
